2 years old

Wow, it's been a while since I've posted anything on here. That's what happens I guess when you get pregnant and totally lack energy and then have a baby and suddenly don't have time just for yourself. :) I did take Claire's two year pictures though, using a backdrop that Scott and I put together ourselves. I had grandma and daddy making her smile behind me and we had some fun and I got some cute pictures before she was ready to be done and wanting to move on to something else, like most two year olds. :)

Claire's 9 Month Photoshoot

So I know 9 months isn't a huge photo shoot picture type moment. But hey for me, I use any excuse to go out and practice and she is my cutest subject. :) Although so unwilling to actually look at me... I had to go out another time with daddy so I could get some with her smiling. :)

My Two Valentines

For the I heart faces challenge I was supposed to take a picture with red in it. These are just a few other pictures I wanted to post cuz they are precious to me. I had an awesome Valentine's Day, I hope everyone else did too. :)

6 months!!

Our little Claire is 6 months old! I can't believe how fast the time has flown, but we are loving every minute of it! :) For those of you who read my family blog also, you know my resolution for this year is to do at least one photo shoot a month. So I have the challenge of finding people to let me take pictures of them! This month and the month of August (when Claire turns one), I have taken care of. Next month though, I have totally open...any takers?? :)

I didn't have a chance to really edit these cuz I only have access to photoshop at work and when work is busy and I only work part time, well yeah... anyway, these are adjusted slightly using the basic image editing program on my computer. Enjoy Claire's 6 month photo shoot! I know there are a lot, but I couldn't decide which ones I liked the best!

I Heart Faces- Red

This time the theme for this photo challenge was red in support of Go Red For Women. Scott wore his red tie to church in honor of Valentine's and I dressed up Claire Bear to match. It was a perfect photo opportunity! :)

More of the Little One - 3 Month Pictures

I did these a little while ago, but realized how hard it is to try to take pictures of a baby by yourself. She wouldn't exactly smile at me, she just stared at the big camera in front of my face and looked at me confusedly. So these aren't the best, but oh well. :)

Halloween Fun

So I have to put this one up just cuz I was honestly trying to be creative and artistic when taking this picture. I had this cute image in my mind. It was just too bad she didn't like my idea. :)

Blessing Pictures

So you'll have to forgive me, all these are of my baby. But I have to say, it's so nice to have a model I can practice on whenever I want. :) My sister in law helped me with the lighting and white balance and gave me ideas for angles and she was also a big help getting my baby to smile! :) We posted our favorites on our family blog, so these are just a couple others I liked.
